We promote the use of natural fibres and fabrics, and support the use of heritage crafts.

Our activities are open to all and are offered in a Safe Space. We welcome all abilities, and can offer tuition for people wishing to learn.

We ask for a donation for our regular groups and full tuition costs vary based on the tutor's rates.

Drop in to MEET & MAKE with your creative project. Evert Wednesday at On The Bridge cafe and every Sunday at Torr Vale Tap cafe/bar. Both are 2.00 ~ 4.00 pm. There is no charge. Refreshments can be purchased in both places.

SPINNERS. Every Monday from 2.00 ~ 4.00 pm at Milestone Gallery & Studios. £5 includes refreshments.

TWISTED EMBROIDERERS. Every Thursday from 7.00 to 9.00 pm. £5 includes refreshments. Alternate weeks at New Mills or the Co-Working Space in Whaley Bridge. Contact to find our next venue.

WARPED WEAVERS. . Every Tuesday from 10.30am to 12.30pm. £7.50 per session. Bring your loom or your weaving questions. Open to all levels and styles of weavers. Kate is available for advice and assistance.

FLAX ON THE PROM. First Sunday of Every Month April to October. 11.00am to 3.00pm. Free to join. Process flax with us to make New Mills Linen, pick up seeds and drop off your flax.

We only close for the Christmas ~ New Year period and, occasionally, on Bank Holiday Mondays
